The programme is planned around several strategic working sessions focused on current priorities and the company’s future plans. Between the working sessions, the team can have meals together, spend time outdoors and take part in group activities.
One day of the programme is planned at a local horse farm. The experience will include a guided tour, an introduction to the horses and other animals, an introduction to the basics of horse riding and horse riding itself. The day is planned to end with a shared lunch featuring traditional horse meat dishes.
The client is considering a format where accommodation, meeting space, dining and most of the programme are organised at one venue, with selected activities taking the group beyond the property.
